The Locks Tower

Constructed in 2019, The Locks Tower was WVS’s first high-rise rental apartment building. Constructed from precast concrete, this 14 story building totaled 237 units. It has a rooftop pool and clubhouse that takes advantage of sweeping views of the James River.
