South Falls Towers

Similar to the Locks Tower, South Falls is a 14 story, pre-cast building. Construction started in 2021. The building has a total of 255 units. 3 levels of parking were constructed as a base to raise the building above the floodwall. The 4th floor clubhouse, pool and large deck space have unsurpassed views across the James River of downtown Richmond.
