BELMONT BAY

Between 2003 and 2008, WVS provided developments services for a series of four condominium buildings, which totaled 280 units. WVS provided construction management and permitting and entitlement for the project and worked in collaboration with Urban Structures ( Terry Busby) and with Epstein Family Office (EFO), who were also the project investor. The project took advantage of views of Belmont Bay to attract a more affluent market segment to Prince William County.
