With minimal demolition, the former George Washington was converted into 125 units, by combing 2 or 3 hotel rooms into 1 and 2 bedroom apartments respectively. Both the exterior and interior were given an entirely fresh appearance and the project was lavished with amenities including clubroom, business center, gym, covered patio, and pool. This building was sold in 2024.
