Founded in 2001 as a natural progression of previous companies, WVS has developed over 3,000 units in more than 20 projects. WVS specializes in repurposing disused urban property into new and vibrant communities. Our projects are each unique and every design seeks to maximize the preferences and desires of our users with architecture that is complimentary to the surrounding neighborhood.
