Rocketts Landing Townhomes

WVS developed two groups of townhomes at Rocketts Landing. The first group is sited opposite the Cedar Works building with a design that evokes the historic homes of Church Hill. The second group is sited on the banks of the James River. Each house has a unique architecture, elevators, and roof deck and each house was custom built for the homeowner.
