WVS developed 4 condominium buildings, Fall Line, Cedar Works, Sky Line, and 210 Rock. Fall Line and Sky Line are sited on the banks of the James River and have large units designed with move down buyers from single family homes in mind. Cedar Works is a adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse from the turn of the twentieth Century. It has a mix of units that cater to both single family move down buyers and first time home buyer. 210 Rock was designed as a sleek and contemporary building for urban dwellers.
